Ooths from Tenerife

Hi all. Last week I have collected these oothecas under the stones in Tenerife - central forest part in altitudes from 1000 - 1800m. The size of the biggest ooth is 2cm.
I dont really know what it could be, but here is the checklist of species from there:
Blepharopsis mendica (Fabricius, 1775)
Hypsicorypha gracilis (Burmeister, 1838)
Ameles gracilis (Brullé, 1838)
Ameles limbata (Brullé, 1838)
Mantis religiosa Linnaeus, 1758
Pseudoyersinia canariensis Chopard, 1942
Pseudoyersinia subaptera Chopard, 1942
Pseudoyersinia teydeana Chopard, 1942

For exchange I would like some beetles.
