Au revers de l'aile antérieure, icarus a un point noir dans la base de la cellule ,agestis n'en a pas.......d'autre part les femelles icarus sont souvent lavées de bleu ,ce qui n'arrive jamais chez le tout brun agestis.....souvent, la difficulté, c'est de séparer icarus de thersites !
