Dimario s'écrit aussi Dimari (près de Kotyli et Melivia), au nord de Xanthi près de la frontière avec la Bulgarie. Trouvé en biotope plutôt boisé.

Ok, got it now. Well, like I said...gallipolitanum or pedestre. From what I can see I would go with gallipolitanum, but without aedeagus I can`t be sure. Photo can be misleading. Biotop with trees is okay for both of them.

Anyway, I m working with Dorcadions from Balkan penn. , so if you want to, you can contribute to that work or if you need to ID something, you can send it to me for revision. Not everything can be identified from the photo, specially species from the group like pedestre.

Thank you, Stephane ! I haven`t seen too many Dorcs from Italians this year, so I m trying different " fields " and oh-la-la French has some beauties  

  

  

Indeed, and Daniel is used to go to very interesting foreign countries.

I have seen it...well...I don` t want to comment on that subject yet, but what I can say is, that quite a few beetles are wrongly identified. I will find a time and will have my say to it.

  

I still have some specimens. If you want them, they are yours.
